Siding with the likes of Colin Powell for reasons outlined in my previous post on the topic and reinforced by listening to a fascinating lecture How Good People Turned Evil by psychologist Philip Zardino, designer of the infamous Stanford prison experiment and author of the Lucifer Effect, I signed the ACLU’s petition to close Guantánamo Bay detention camp and set myself a task reminder to wear orange this Friday in support of the January 11th day of protest.
